UpClose with Aparna Dalal will focus on microfinance and microinsurance. Aparna Dalal is the Director of Special Projects at the Financial Access Initiative, a research consortium focused based at NYU that focuses on finding answers to how financial sectors can better meet the needs of poor households. At FAI, Aparna helps design and manage research projects that explore questions around the demand, use and impact of financial services with a specific focus on microinsurance. Aparna has a Masters in Public Administration with a specialization in International Development from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, New York University. Aparna has a diverse set of management and technology consulting experience from the private and public sector. She has a BBA from the University of Texas, Austin.
